Is it really free?
Yes — every plan is free during the beta, and there is no card on file. AI captions run on your own key (BYOK), so AI cost goes straight to the provider with no markup from us.
Where does my data live?
On Content Alfa's managed infrastructure — a Convex Cloud database. We are the operator, not you, and there is currently no option to run it on your own servers. You can export everything whenever you like: JSON from Settings → Data & Privacy, CSV per feature, and ICS for your calendar. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Do I need an AI API key?
No. Without a key you get prompt-copy mode: Content Alfa composes the full prompt from your brand book and content pillars, and you paste it into ChatGPT or Claude.
What language is the product in?
The dashboard is Indonesian with Asia/Jakarta as the default timezone — that is what it was built for. This marketing site is in English. Your own content can be in any language your brand uses.
Does my client need an account to approve a post?
No. You send a review link; they open it, see the caption and the asset, and approve or ask for a change. No signup, no seat, no app. That was the first thing built and it is the reason the rest exists.
